• Credentials: By authenticating yourself directly from the extension you’re able to send email verification requests to our servers.

• Preferences: We customize the extension’s interface according to your needs thanks to your saved settings.

• URL of the active tab: It helps us determine the domain of the address you would like to find.

• Web page content and HTTP request responses both contain valuable information when it comes to getting you the email address you’re searching for.

e) When you contact our support

• Support conversation: If you reach out via email or chat, we keep conversations and other data you might send during those exchanges. When you delete your account, those conversations are removed after 90 days.


As a data controller, We-Connect collects your personal data fairly and lawfully and in accordance with any applicable law (including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), with our Terms of Services and with any Data Processing Agreement. a) We-Connect’s use of information received, and We-Connect’s transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

b) The We-Connect will only use access as necessary to maintain the functionality of our Services as intended or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails.

c) We will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with We-Connect applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

d) The We-Connect will not use this Gmail or Calendar data for serving advertisements.

e) The We-Connect will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with We-Connect applicable law, or for the We-Connect’s internal operations and even then, only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

f) Our servers only store emails you send through We-Connect and any replies you receive to those emails, so we can detect the responses, categorize them and provide access to them in your We-Connect account. All data obtained through the Gmail API is available in your We-Connect account.

g) In line with We-Connect's commitment to transparency and integrity in handling your Personal Information, we explicitly affirm that we do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) models.
